FOR MY HEALTH, WHEN I PRACTICAL APS

1 – I always respect a warm-up and recovery time of 10 minutes.

2 – I do not wait to be thirsty to drink: I drink 3 to 4 sips of water every 30 minutes in training as in competition.

3 – I do not take any drug substance of which I do not know the composition, the origin and the therapeutic indication, without opinion of my doctor or pharmacist whose I checked the competence.

4 – I do not practice a PSA of sustained intensity if I have a fever, nor in the 8 days which follow an influenza episode (symbolized by a fever and a body aches). I also abstain in case of abnormal symptoms without consultation of my doctor.

5 – I avoid intense sports activities at outside temperatures below 5 ° C or above 30 ° C; likewise during peaks of pollution.
